Competition/Anti-trust

With experience both in general competition law and in relation to various regulated industries including telecommunications, air transport and financial services, Venture Legal Services is well placed to advise clients in competition and anti-trust matters.

In addition Peppe Santoro has advised on the application of the mandatory and advisory merger notification regimes in relation to a variety of transactions, also in industries where market share is concentrated among a small number of operators.

In the past, Peppe has been published in e-Competitions, the bulletin of the Institute of Competition Law.
