Venture Legal Services operates a pro bono scheme whereby the firm provides legal services at no charge to clients equivalent to 10% of the historical fee income of the firm. Acceptance into the firm’s pro bono program is subject to prior evaluation and pro bono clients may be asked to contribute to some or all of the out of pocket costs incurred by the firm on the client’s behalf. Any such costs will be advised in advance in any event.
The purpose of the firm’s pro bono efforts is to give back to the community in proportion to the success of the firm. Unfortunately the firm does not have significant expertise in family, criminal or personal injury law matters so the firm is not currently in a position to offer pro bono advice in these areas.
